Programs
We have Jiu Jitsu programs for everyone. Starting with our kids Jiu Jitsu classes, ranging from Little Grapplers to teens, you can sign up for your children to train early. We then also separate our adult Jiu Jitsu classes between Fundamentals and Advanced training. Little Grapplers
(Ages 4–6)
The Little Grapples program is a fun, safe, and high-energy intro to Jiu Jitsu. We implement games, drills, and basic movement patterns to develop focus, coordination, and confidence.
Kids Jiu Jitsu
(Ages 7–12)
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu classes are structured, teaching self-defense, discipline, and sport techniques. It is designed to build respectful, resilient young martial artists.
Teens Jiu Jitsu
(Ages 13–17)
Our Teens Jiu Jitsu classes are a safe, challenging environment for teens to build athleticism, confidence, and community. It is perfect for beginners or athletes looking to compete.
Adult Fundamentals
The adult fundamentals program is a step-by-step program for adults of all levels. We focus on core techniques, movement, and real-world self-defense, making it perfect for first-timers.
Advanced Training
Competition Team
This program has high-level Jiu Jitsu classes led by champions. It includes live rounds, strategy, and competition prep for those serious about testing themselves.
Private Lessons
One-on-one coaching with Professor Deivid or other instructors. Accelerate your progress with personalized attention.
OSS Rio Tour
A once-a-year international BJJ experience in Rio de Janeiro – combining training, surfing, culture, and unforgettable memories.
