Built around College Park schedules

A training week that fits College Park life

Between classes, labs, work, and the school run, College Park life runs on tight schedules. That's how our week is laid out: kids train right after school, teens right after that, and adults get both an after-work room and a before-work one — all about 12 minutes from campus.

After school · Mon–Thu

Kids at 5, teens at 6

Kids classes run weekdays at 5:00 PM — an easy 12 minutes from College Park and University Park schools — with an older-kids session and the dedicated teens program (ages 13–17) following at 6:00 PM. One trip, both kids trained.

Yes — adults train at 7:00 AM Tuesday through Thursday and in the evenings Monday through Thursday (beginners at 6:00 PM, advanced at 7:00 PM), plus Saturday morning. We are an independent academy, not affiliated with the university — just about 12 minutes from campus, and your first class is free. Many students first try jiu-jitsu through a beginner course or club on campus, then look for a real academy to keep training and progress — that next step is exactly what our adult program is built for.

Yes — your first class is free, for every program: kids 4–12, teens 13–17, adults, and women's-only. No payment, no contract, no obligation.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a grappling art: no striking, no forms to memorize — leverage, escapes, and control, practiced live with partners. Many College Park families choose it because kids learn real self-defense while they train, and adults get a complete workout that teaches a skill.

Programs vary by how often you train, and we don't publish prices online. Come try a free class, and we'll walk you through the option that fits your family — with no contracts or long-term commitment.
