A family academy, just up Georgia Ave
Brightwood families train with us from Brightwood, Brightwood Park, Shepherd Park, Manor Park, and around Fort Totten and The Parks at Walter Reed — neighbors who want a family-owned GFTeam academy, run since 2015 by a Pan American Champion, without crossing the city to find one. A training week that fits Brightwood life
Brightwood families don't need another activity across the city — they need one that fits between school pickup and dinner, minutes from home. That's how our week is laid out: kids train right after school, teens right after that, and adults get both an after-work room and a before-work one.
Kids at 5, teens at 6
Kids classes run weekdays at 5:00 PM — reachable from Brightwood, Shepherd Park, and Manor Park right after the school day — with an older-kids session and the dedicated teens program (ages 13–17) following at 6:00 PM. One trip, both kids trained.
